Last Saturday I shot the sailing competition for the Sunflower State Games here in Topeka, Ks. A friend that sails out there and is a photographer too, Lent me his Canon 70- 200F/2.8 non-IS L.It was nice to be able to use it( didnt want to give it back, either LOL). But anyways this was the last event I shot before selling my XTI. Ill post some more later but here are a few to start. Please any C&C is always welcome.
Thanks for looking,
Grady

Aargh!! Main sheet between his teeth, could be very painful/messy

Did you have a telephoto of your own? I'd love to get my hands on a 70-200 f/2.8 for a play some time.

How on earth did they manage to capsize in what looks like pretty light winds!

Yes I used to have a nice telephoto but sold it on ebay and havent replaced it yet so I had to borrow A friends Canon. The wind was real squirrelly that day they were going around a mark and tacking and i think a stay didnt get uncleated on the one side of the C-scow. It happened pretty fast.
