When I try to open RAW files I get a message tat says

"could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file"

I wish I could just download Adobe Bridge.

Any help would be appreciated

What camera are you shooting with, and what image format (Raw/jpeg) are you shooting?

If you're using a newer model of a Canon body and shooting Raw, you should use your PSE Updates utility under Help to download the latest version of the Canon Raw plugin. Otherwise, post the details.

You triggered me to check old RAW Files from my 20D and they opened fine. I had to install the RAW update manually and everything is fine now

Well, then -- good to know everything is up and running. Isn't POTN a nice place to hang out:)?
