Whenever I have the time, I drive around looking for moose and other animals to photograph. It's best to do so in the morning or afternoon when the sunlight is sort of golden color, but this moose was there in the middle of the day. The sunlight was at a difficult angle. For example, I took other photos when the moose raised its head and antlers, and there was a dark antler shadow on the neck. Several motorists stopped to take pictures, and the moose left. 7D, 5DII
