Petting Zoo

Went n a date to the Kazoo a petting zoo about 2 ours out of the city.
I had been there before and gotten to hold a baby tiger and it was time to make the return trip. They had baby skunks(de-scented) and baby racoons this time around that you could actually hold and interact with.

You could also go in the cages with various farm animals.

This was kinda cute as the baby goats were using the pig to get a higher vantage point.

An emu that when he blinked his eyes glazed over from the side , this was particularly hard to capture

Also another set of weird eyes was on the goats who had really weird horizontal pupils.

Looks like a fun day. Did you happen to touch the Emu's beak? We had some here in our small zoo and I got to touch one one day. The beak is not like a bird beak, it's like soft warm leather. I mean not hard. :)
