Help me undo my Color palette

Please help me.... somehow I managed to change my color palette in CS4 to a reduced set, this prohibits me picking colors using ALT from any image, the following screenshot shows what happens when you select Foreground or Background.


I've searched Adobe help and all the menus but can't find the answer.

I wonder if I've selected Web palette but can't find any way of undo-ing the change

lol I done that. av you got it working?

Its under your preferences, general, colour picker to Adobe
