18-55 and 55-250 IS

Just picked them up today. Just wanted to say thanks for the input from those of you that helped me decide on the lenses.

I got a NIB 55-250 lens, an 18-55 kit lens and the receipt for both of them for an awesome price.

Yeah hope you got the 18-55 with IS. 55-250mm is a great lens for the price.
Just got mine a week a go.

Does anyone know whethet the 55-250mm mounts on the Kenko DG extension tubes?

They are both IS lenses. The Body is a 20D. I have finally moved on from my 650eos.

Now I am learning about editing software and trying to move beyond the green box.

have you read understanding exposure? check out aperture 2 or lightroom 2, two great programs that are easy to use.

Than ks for the tip. Will have to check them out. I must admit, its a lot nicer to be able to "process" digitally as opposed to chemical developing of the pics.
