I shoot all day long with a 70-200 2.8 but it definitely took some getting used to shooting with a bigmos and the 100-400. Keep using it and pay attention to your grip, breathing and stance...you'll recognize that slight little movement from before is huge now with the long ole lens hanging out in front.

Thanks, BigDaddyOC .. I was using my tripod, but got a little lazy on some of the shots and used it as a monopod instead of opening up the legs every time I stopped to take a shot. I also need to work on getting the right exposure, but it will be fun practicing! Luvsadog2
