My LR2 & DPP are showing two different color pictures on the same RAW file. Is that normal? LR2 seems to be a little greenish?

I set all the color spaces to Adobe RGB (1998) and I calibrate my monitor using Spyder2express.

I'm not familiar with DPP so I can't fully address the issue, but Lightroom works in Prophoto RGB -- you can't set it to Adobe. Is white balance set to "as shot" in both?

Is DPP set to use the Spyder profile for display space? Preferences>Color Management>Color matching settings.
And, BTW, CMYK simulation should be "none".

Also, are you using the equivalent Picture Style / Camera Profile in the two applications?

Yes, they are both opened the same file and did not change anything. W/B = as shot

I set Picture Style: Potrait in my camera and I did not change anything on both programs.

Work color space: Adobe RGB
CMS settings for print: sRGB

Very confusing :( I like Lightroom but I am afraid it auto-changed my settings.

In that case, DPP will have used picture style "Portrait" and LR will have used "Adobe Standard" in the "Camera calibration" tab. Set "Camera portrait" there.

1. you have to set DPP Preferences to use the Spyder profile, otherwise it defaults to sRGB which is like having no calibration. LR uses the Spyder profile automatically.

2. LR never changes anything in the RAW data, but it does apply its own defaults unless you instruct it to do otherwise. LR cannot know that you set the Portrait Picture Style. If you have LR 2.x you have to set the corresponding Portrait Camera Profile.

Even I have changed DPP monitor profile to Spyder, the pictures are still different!

They are both changed to Potrait Style. LR seems to be slightly yellowish. :(

That's wrong.

The screenshot is with what setting?
I see a small difference, but it's mostly a slightly lighter image in DPP.
Try setting brightness a bit higher in LR. 60 or so.

There might be subtle differences even then, but not big ones. (This isn't a big difference IMO for two different Raw converters)
