Are they reliable?

I have purchased from them a few times with no issues. Just be aware that there could be warranty issues since the items come from HK.

Too early to say, but if the prices are too low, I'd let someone else find out first.
The two negative reports don't smack of the usual type of scamming though. One got a refund, the other seems to me to be an over-reaction.
Tough call. Ask yourself if it's worth it for the savings.

Edit:
I've just seen the other posts made as I was typing - maybe in this case no news is good news as far as resellerratings is concerned.

Definately go for it! I bought my 500D and Sigma 17-70 from Digital Rev for a crazy price and there was no problem whatsoever :) They even give you a tracking number to trace your parcel. Very reliable seller IMO

Is it an eBay listing? It should say what the postage is.

FWIW, I bought my 135L and my 50D from them. Both transactions went fine.

I imagine the amount i'd have to pay for Tax would be insane though.

My co-worker bought 40D twin lens kit from DIgital Rev last year, and seems like there were no problems on the transactions. I believe it only took a week to ship to Australia.

You should have no problems with Digital Rev but as I understand it lenses come with an international warranty but Cameras do not.

The charges that appear in the small print are horrendous. I had my 24-105 sent from HK and ended up paying £70 for fedex charges after i had payed the £10 posting that was stated on ebay.

Never again will i buy something from Asia online.

I was wondering the same thing, on the site somewhere it says 24 hour processing, and shipping is 3-5 day's for UK and US, and about £24 for a 2kg package (a lens)... not sure about the US pricing.
