no offense, guys, but it isnt the camera/lens/photographer that sells the real estate. its the agent that sells the real estate. its a people business, not a camera business. better shots help, but they dont get the credit for the autograph on the paperwork. sorry.
super old thread, but since someone else revived it, I wanted to comment on this.
Today, people do the initial legwork on the web. People narrow down the shopping list to a few houses to see in person based solely on what they can find online in the MLS. Good pictures means people want to look at your house. The more people that walk through the door, the faster you get offers. Even if you use a real estate to find the houses for you, they are going to want to show houses that they know won't be disappointing. Pictures are very important for the buyer's realtor, too.
Heck, you can't even sell a lens on POTN without a decent picture!
