Setting up Mitsubishi to print from Lr 2.4

Having recently moved from windows to macs, I'm now having problems setting up my Mitsubishi 9550DW Dye-Sub printer with Lr 2.4 on a MacBook Pro. (it works fine if using V1.3 on windows)

I've downloaded the driver, but when selecting the Print module, the format is showing as "A4" - even after I've changed the print size to the maximum of 9"x6". (On the windows machine the size in the top-left of the preview shows correctly as 9"x6")

If I go ahead and print anyway I get somewhere in the region of a 6x4 image printed in the centre of the page.

Any ideas anyone - thanks in advance.
