I was out trying to get pictures of a Golden Finch. The Humming Bird showed up more often than the Finch. I had never shot humming birds. I thought the idea would have been to show movement of the wings. Later I looked here on the forum and saw many comments on others to speed up the shutter speed to stop the wings. I didn't know. I'm not sure which I like better to be honest.

I had a couple of shots today to try and stop the wings.

It's hard to freeze the wings on these little birds....I've only seen the wings frozen on images where flash was used. I personally like the blur effect showing movement because quite honestly...these guys don't stop.
