Jellyfish before/after

Hey everyone! I went to the aquarium this past weekend and took a photo of some very strange-looking jellyfish. Unfortunately, little kids had scratched the glass so badly (the bottom part of the picture) that I thought the photo was useless. Luckily I started playing around with it and I got the photo below.

I used the healing brush (one of the best things ever!) on the bottom half of the picture to get rid of most of the scratches.
I also added "gravel" or whatever that stuff is to the bottom right of the picture.

Please let me know if the "fix" is noticeable or not....I welcome any CC. Thanks!

(For some reason, when posting on the forum, the color hue of the first picture changes...it's supposed to look like the second picture, although the files on my computer look identical).

I think the editing out of the scratches looks good. Thats a cool looking jellyfish.

I think the edit is great. I would have never known that there were scratch marks there if you hadn't told us!

weird looking jellies... the scratches most likely didnt come from kids but from careless cleaning of the tank, getting gravel trapped against the glass, you can see the algea growing in the scratch marks.
