I get my mail through a P.O. box, but Bing does not accept neither P.O. boxes nor my street address. What should I do? Am I just out of luck?

You can send the money to me ;)

you can try using Paypal. They send it to your Paypal account fee free.
If you don't trust Paypal, then the options are limited on the address.

You withdraw from paypal and the funds can go to the bank account to which it's linked. Let me know, I think I can help you with this.
