The caribou started to move into an area this week where I have a mining claim. Here are a couple of photos.

These are awesome! Seeing these photos really makes me want to take a trip to your area. Bears . . . caribou . . . you probably even have wolves and moose, too!

There's a bull in image #2 that has very nice antlers. The one on the left, whose head is behind the butt of one caribou and behind the face of another.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Great shots! Enjoy your good fortune to have them move in to your area.

Thanks for looking and thanks for the comments and questions.

Tom: He was a nice bull. He never did separate from the group to allow me to get a good photo of him. Closer to the rut the bulls start to run together and they are easier to seperate. These were taken some 500 miles north of where I live. I am lucky enough to get to spend three weeks mining in the interior each summer. The bears I posted were taken much closer to home. Getting to see the caribou involves a 400 mile drive and two ferry rides each way.

Ralph: I was shooting with a 70-200 IS 2.8.

Thanks for the comments. It is always a real treat to see them on their migration. The really cover the ground and are less wary of people when thery are on the move. The upcoming rut and hunting season will have them a bit more spooky in a month or so.
