legit or no? the guy that wants to sell me said this:

Also you will have 3 days after it arrives to test and inspect the product. In this 3 days you decide if you want to keep it or not.

It's a scam, that listing is all over the place on CL (Orlando, Boston and LA are a few places I saw it).
