Is it allowed to post a website of another photogrophy forum? Not for advertisement but for mere example.

I just want to be clear because I can't find it in the rules.

First rule is that admins/moderators of other forums do NOT post a link to their forum.

Second rule is that if it is relevant to a discussion it is ok to link to specific threads on another forum.
