450D - How Many Images Per Memory Card?

Hi folks,

Just bought a 450D and need to buy a few memory cards.
Could someone please tell me how many images i'd get on a 2gb and 4gb card saving as raw and as the highest jpeg settings.

Ballpark 200 JPG or 60-65 RAW shots per GB, so 400/125 and 800/250 for 2 and 4 GB respectively.
