Great Grey Owl

Hi All

This a captive bred bird taken on a togs day at the Hawk Conservancy in Andover UK

The 'light' in the image belies the fact that I was working at ISO1600 and the Tv was 1/100. Sadly my keeper rate for BIF that day was awefull but this one took on new life following my KISS PPing. The blurred wingbeat even at 1/100 I think is quite something as it would seem that the wings beat a heck of a lot faster than one might imagine???
