I have Manfroto quick releases on both of my cmaeras and tripods. Does anyone make an L-Bracket that fits the Manfroto plate?

Manftotto makes a lot of different QR brackets. You need to be more specific.

Probably the RC2 2000-PL plate. I'm also searching for one solution that doesn't involve the huge Junior Elbow Bracket.

That is the advantage of Arca-swiss. Single standard. Down side is it is expensive. I don't know of any if it's the RC2 QR.

They make a 341 Jr Elbow Bracket, it is a L plate with RC2 plates on two sides. One size fits all. Or maybe I should say one big ugly un-ergonomic size fits all.

I had one and it works as advertised but tends to be a little clunky. I only took it with on special occasions, it's hard to pack in your bag due to it's shape. I've since swapped to Acra-swiss and a RRS L plate that stays on the camera all the time.

I have the RC200-PL quick release plate. I like the Kirk L bracket but the Arca plate is almost as much as the L bracket. I am retired and as most everyone, my 401K took a huge hit and I am on a budget.

Greg_C is right. This (external link) appears to be the only option. Not an attractive option but an option. I agree that the Arca-swiss standard is expensive, but very adaptable and the most secure easy to use system I have ever found.

Thanks,The customer reviews were actually not too bad. Can use sync cords with it no problem, it is almost 3X as heavy as a Kirk, but LOTS cheaper and works with my exsisting quick release plates. Seems like the biggest complaint is the camera mounting screw can fall out when not attatched and as one customer says "spend 50cents on a retaining clip and that problem is solved. Will have to consider this option.
