5D MK II (English) - in Australia

I am looking at upgrading from the 50D to the 5D MkII so cheking the internet.

The going price seems to be about AU$ 3995 or there abouts.
However some internet sellers (that look like established stores) offer the same body for AU$ 3659 - 3750. They mention (English) with the description of the camera. (Why???)

Sometimes when prices are too good to be true they are not true. On the other hand when I look at US prices and the current exchange rate a body could go for AU$ 3200 (plus 10% GST) is about the lowest price I have seen.

Has this to do with local or international warranty... are there any other issues. Are there any Australians that have experience with these low prices...???

I think the body comes from HK with English manuals included (Correct me if I'm wrong). If you are okay with things that come from HK, it'll save you considerable amount of money I guess.
