They also double as shin guards so to speak for infielders when blocking hard ground balls. Please Check Out My Work at:

I can't stop going back to each picture over and over and appreciating the color and sharpness. Love the ones with the facial expressions (esp #7). Just goes to show that you don't always have to have the ball in a shot to be good sports photo.
