Thought I'd try rendering my classic farm photo into a photo painting.

Very nice! Where in CT is that? We do have some great old barns here in CT.

Thanks for the comment. I cheated on this one and used a plug-in from Topaz  (external link)called 'Simplify', much easier than using my Coral Painter 11 and it does a pretty decent job. Plus they offer a full 30 trial free download.

Yes it is, best to do it durning the week, week-ends in the fall can be traffic nightmares, not to bad on the real back roads. But can be a nightmare on Rte 7 or 202
