Has anyone used link-delight as a seller on ebay? Found this (external link) battery grip for a 40d at £31.99 and tempted to risk it.

Never used them, but did buy a grip from Opteka. Amazon has many listings for them as well. The grip worked fine with my XSi, came with 2 batteries for under a $100, not bad!

The only "issue" I have heard with the Opteka brand is that the adjustment "wheel" does not have as a distinctive and positive feeling "click" as the wheel on top of the camera.

I had no problems with mine whatsoever and would def. recommend it as a cheap alternative to a Canon grip.

Hope this helps!
