I was hungry for Sloppy Joe's tonight. I found an interesting recipe on the web, and had a few of the ingredients, but not all. I improvised, and came up with something really delicious (I don't mind saying so).

Lois wants me to write down what I did so I can make it again.

Good luck. I tend to cook with a 'little of this,' and a 'little of that.'

All I know is, after I ate it, I was perspiring heavily, and that's a good sign.

on another note, Hale actually went to the door tonight to let me know she had to go potty. (this is HUGE) I can only think of one other time she let us know.

btw Chief, if you ever remember I wouldn't mind trying it. Dan loves sj's but I've yet to find some I like.

Ft. Lauderdale 11/11 - 11/16. We'll go shoot the Everglades together. If my SIL's want to come, fine, if not fine too.

My family all lives in the same county, within 7 miles of each other. All of us kids have left at one time or another, but all return.

All but oldest brother are within 45 minutes of each other. Oldest, will that would be 14 hours straight driving.

J is bringing G and me peanut butter ice cream we are going to sit on my bed and eat it with forks straight out of the carton.

Yum. I bought tortellini, jar sauce, and a couple potatoes. I browned and added left over burger from last night to the sauce. Baked the taters for a side and topped the pasta with Romano cheese I had. It was quick and EASY.

Good GIRL!!! How do your pups let you know? Bax paces but he seldom needs to go out in between us just taking him. We take him out on such a regular basis he has just gotten into the routine. First thing in the morning, again before I go to work, lunch time, when I get home from work, and a couple times during the evening, just before I go to bed. And most anytime we have to go out, he is usually in tow. But; now and again he will drink gallons, like at the dog park and doesn't do the pacing until he really needs to go, if we don't pay immediate attention, then the clean-up is our own fault.

we just take her out every hour she's a dork but she's our lil dork.

Honestly, Kona was in high dudgeon earlier and so Hale was in by herself. She was contentedly playing with the toys and not doing anything bad...just being cute. For a LONG time. Seriously, she would have been a perfect puppy for people who've never had dogs before. She's practically angelic. Not bright but sweet.

Evening all. Ick...couldn't you melt the peanut butter and then pour it slowly into the churning ice cream, RIGHT before you are finished with it? idk if that would work or not.
