Good GIRL!!! How do your pups let you know? Bax paces but he seldom needs to go out in between us just taking him. We take him out on such a regular basis he has just gotten into the routine. First thing in the morning, again before I go to work, lunch time, when I get home from work, and a couple times during the evening, just before I go to bed. And most anytime we have to go out, he is usually in tow. But; now and again he will drink gallons, like at the dog park and doesn't do the pacing until he really needs to go, if we don't pay immediate attention, then the clean-up is our own fault.

Kona sticks his head through the cat door. He's always done it that way. Today Hale did that. And voila she had to go. It was good to see a connection.

What's there to scope out. Montana is Awesome.

Yes, it is. So is BC, YK, AK, AB, WA, WY and so on.

see, I already picked out a house for us and a place for Dan to transfer to, but he didn't seem to even pay attention when I said so.

I'm SO ready to move.

Nice place, seems real inexpensive too. Wonder why?

Wyoming? Near the tetons? Did I mention I'm SO READY to move?:lol:

Lisa said tetons....Heheheh.....

Make sure you are ready to deal with the weather. The record low for Great Falls in February is -49F.

Dang, one might have to pull a winter coat out. :p

Montana is a great place for horses... and people named Leyla... *wink wink nudge nudge*

This girl speaks truth. All of Montana is an easy days drive or less for me too.

Permagrin wrote in post #8407169 (external link)
seriously if I could find a job there, I'd go. Dan can transfer.

My parents live in the same house we all grew up in, none of us have been able to move more than 5 miles away so far...my one brother moved to Mass for a while but it didn't take. I doubt I could move away from my nieces and nephews and at least one of my sister in laws. My brothers are another story...

My brothers and families live within a 5 minute drive, mom though is an hour away. It would feel weird to move away. Lisa, on the other hand, has family spread about.

J is bringing G and me peanut butter ice cream :) we are going to sit on my bed and eat it with forks straight out of the carton.

Yummy, I think I may have to raid the freezer now.

I texted her earlier and told her she needed this skill down by next week. She said ok.

:lol::lol: That's like me telling Aiden I don't have any more diapers that he needs to be potty trained when he comes next week.

LOL to the text Chris....

Evening all. Ick...couldn't you melt the peanut butter and then pour it slowly into the churning ice cream, RIGHT before you are finished with it? idk if that would work or not.

D did you make the peach ice cream? Did you like it. I have figured out that you can reduce the sugar by 1/2 cup without even noticing it.

Bucky, have you been to the glades? I have been a bunch of times. Leyla got collecting permits a couple times when she ran a project for the Smithsonian. She collected plants, soil, water, and critters. I took pictures of cottonmouths, anhinga, lizards, gators, all sorts of stuff with a film P&S.
Get ready for the bugs there. You put more deet on than I have ever seen, in non buggy environments:p It is bad there. Long sleeves, deet, pyrithins, and a hat, like your blue one with the rim, soaked in deet.

Do whats right HERE

Becky I thought he was only in a pull up at night last he was out?

Nope, when we had him at Christmas we tried the pull-ups but he had no interest. A few weeks ago, the longest he had gone without wetting at day care was 3 days out of the week. They told him when he could do all 5 he could go to pull-ups, guess he was excited about the prospect.:D I'll use the fair next week as leverage but expect there will be an accident or two.

Jim, how is your mom?

She is doing much, much better. Tomorrow she sees her doctor again, and is hoping to get rid of the walker and just use a cane, or something. On the weekend she was moving around quite good, and is putting a fair bit of weight on her leg, though is cautious of overdoing it. She can be quite determined and I expect will fully recover in a couple months. It has been a tough go for her, but she is quite the champion, I think. :D
