LOL!! Maggie may be a bit more enthusiastic about it than my two are.

Have you been to the dog parks lately? I've just been wondering if you've seen Sunny at all?

She is doing much, much better. Tomorrow she sees her doctor again, and is hoping to get rid of the walker and just use a cane, or something. On the weekend she was moving around quite good, and is putting a fair bit of weight on her leg, though is cautious of overdoing it. She can be quite determined and I expect will fully recover in a couple months. It has been a tough go for her, but she is quite the champion, I think. :D

that's excellent news

Bucky, have you been to the glades? I have been a bunch of times. Leyla got collecting permits a couple times when she ran a project for the Smithsonian. She collected plants, soil, water, and critters. I took pictures of cottonmouths, anhinga, lizards, gators, all sorts of stuff with a film P&S.
Get ready for the bugs there. You put more deet on than I have ever seen, in non buggy environments:p It is bad there. Long sleeves, deet, pyrithins, and a hat, like your blue one with the rim, soaked in deet.

You forgot the Bounce

Alligator Alley, I want to go the Everglades NP about an hour drive south of Ft. Lauderdale.

I don't remember putting that much deet on. I remember using one of those Off Wet Ones when the gnats got so bad. I do use Off before going for walks around here due to the mosquito's and my stupid reactions to bites. But usually only one application, maybe two on the weekends.

True, I do think disposable diapers slow things down, kids just don't how it feels to be wet. I do have to laugh at the other part as CJ was horrible when it came to that. Grandma's revenge.:lol::lol:

Hey Everyone!

I texted her earlier and told her she needed this skill down by next week. She said ok.

Eli was a quick learner, but my nephew almost couldn't go to pre-k cause he was having such a hard time, but 6 months later there were no issues at all! They just have to 'get' it.

All this ice cream talk I figured I would share. I brought a wild berry gellato for desert.
