A couple quickies from D1GP - Chicago

I mostly dont post in the automotive section as I mainly work on events this time I was honored to work at D1GP for PHM but I snuck in a couple shots of the drifting. I have a lot more just have not had the time to "p and x" (pick and reject) all of the shots yet. Here are a couple photos from the event.

Yeah, they were gone all for 08, but there was new ownership/promotion agency from what I know and decided to run it this year. It was exciting, maybe you can make it next year!

I was using the 70-200, really wish it was IS at the time, and the range was a little limited -- the 100-400 would have worked perfectly.

Second shot is nice, good panning and i like that the backwheels are locked.
