Badbury Rings at Night

Took these whilst on holiday in Dorset at Badbury Rings.
There is an avenue of old trees that I thought would look good in early morning mist/sunrise, but due to the british summer and lack of sun I took a different approach.
Taken late at night (pitch black) on bulb with a 5minute exposure.

cool pics !!!
I anticipated seeing a hill fort though LOL so you caught me off guard
That first picture especially rocks, too bad of the green blob though, slightly spoils it, but still very cool!

Thanks for the replies, the Hill Fort is just the otherside of the trees. I thought it would be more fun playing by the road ;)

As for the green blob Im not sure what caused that, must be something to do with the cars headlights shining on that particular patch.

While I like the 1st one more, the milestone adds something else. Ancient times with the new from the car lights.

One for me to perhaps emulate.
