First wedding shoot

Hello,my current gear is :450 XSI-Kit lense-55-250-Sigma 10-22-580 II flash.
I realize that ive got average glass.Im not a money making pro.Im getting better with LR 2.

Any basic tips as far as my gear and the camera settings (TV or AV or Manual mode and the like)?Its indoor in a good lighted church.

Thanks for any input.Im understand im asking one of those broad generic questions.I need a good baseline to start with.Wedding is in 3 weeks so iv
e got some time to try out the church -practice lighting shots ect.
