I upgraded from Win 95 to second edition Win 98 and now find I can't use my USB port for downloading from the G1. Can't get any sense from the Microsoft site, anyone know of a way around this?

Look at your device drivers....Is your USB port installed, marked by a "!", a red X...If it is, remove the port, and restart your computer. The reboot will cause your computer to reinstall the port.
