My better half's daughter is getting married on the cheap and guilted me into doing some engagement shots for her this past weekend. I've never really done people shots at all and I don't consider myself I great (really, even a good) photographer.
Still, I think most of them came out very well. I'd just like to see some opinions from the pros and perhaps some points for improvement.
Rather than create a huge posting of shots, here's a link to the gallery: http://norcalal.smugmug.com …4_Tt8Vb/1/609058191_hsumL
I have no intentions of doing other engagement or wedding shoots at all. Once a hobby turns into work, I seem to lose my desire for it, you know what I mean? I've seen some forums savage new shooters and I guess that's part of the constructive criticism process, so I'm ready for whatever you want to throw at me.
I know it's been awhile since I've posted here and I shoot Nikon these days...but I still trust POTN's advice way more. Well, that is, if you like em.
