I've been looking into getting something like the remote set up (pictured in the link) for some of the sporting events I shoot but cannot find the correct name or anyone who sells them. Are they a pocket wizard of some sort?

If anyone can help me it will be much appreciated!

Do you need just a wireless shutter remote? There are many out there, I am biased toward the Phottix remotes, the most recent one is the Plato with 2.4ghz 2-way communication. Check out my signature for the sale posts, if nothing else, you can read about the features these remotes have in the sale post.
