I'm using a Canon 5D Classic and I'm interested in purchasing a flash bracket. I'd like it to be flexible enough to use with or without my battery grip, and of course, rotate for horizontal and vertical shots.

I like the cost of the Stroboframe 350, but it only works without the battery grip.

I like Really Right Stuff's solutions, but the seem heavy, and very pricey!

Any other better suggestions?

www.newtoncamerabrackets.com (external link) Newton Camera Bracket

fits cameras with tall profile (1Dn) or low profile (5D) with or without BG. I have used mine (same one) with a Bronica ETRSi with and without motor winder and with my Canon nnD bodies.

Take a look at the Stroboframe Pro-Digital Folding Flip. It's Catalog #310-625EX. I just bought one yesterday from Calumet Photgraphic www.calumetphoto.com (external link). Do a search using Stroboframe. There a lots to choose from!

I don't use a grip, but this model just might work. The feature that caught my eye was the ability to fold flat and compact, unlike their lesser models that must be stored as is. It should fit well in my camera backpack. The bracket height on this model is adjustable.

Wow. Excellent, thank you all for responding!

I've got some homework to do now, before I decide!

I use the Newton Di100FR2 and really like it. I like that I can use it with my 1D body or with my 50D without the grip. I also like that it folds flat. I also like the custom brackets cb junior (external link). My only complaint with my Newton is that it uses allen screws. During an event one of the screws loosened leaving the bracket useless. That taught me to keep some allen wrenches in my bag.
