I can't do photography.
I have a Casio camera.... It's not even anything close to a camera for photography...
I found two old cameras they couldn't be fixed.. I sent them to the company(Mamiya) They were returned unfixed...
Now My dad was laid off of work... My mom can't get a job, and I'm only 14... There are no paper routes or anything here where I live...
Now I can't get into photography at the school because I need a working camera to join, that is a SLR.
So... I guess photography isn't for me...
I'll be leaving the forum later today...
Sadly.... Bye.

Put up a flyer asking for a donation of an old SLR
or full manual camera.
Maybe you'll run into someone nice
like thee (external link)
Any pro photographers in your area?
Ask to go shoot with them or intern with them
be an assistant
or ask if they will teach you
or show you some things.
Gotta be an oppurtunity somewhere if you look.
Don't need a top of the line camera, anything will do. Did you try Ebay?

I have an EOS-3 film camera that needs a shutter, but you probably don't have the cash to get it fixed. You would need a lens as well.

Where there is a will there is a way, what about working for yourself? I have friends that have had rough times, too, and been fully working since 8 years old.

Restaurant? Gas station? Gotta start somewhere, has to be something, somewhere.

I asked around... They all said you HAVE to be over 18 to get a job.

Yea, it is most likely user error. Does the shutter click? Are there batteries? Are you putting the film in correctly?

I have everything... The shutter clicks, the batteries are in... the film is in correctly.

I looked at your older posts again, I think your casio camera is just fine..try reading up and learning about photography and going along as best you can with it. You don't need an SLR, just to get out and take more shots, learn from what you do
