So my wife is out again, playing bunco.

Before she left, I asked her to explain the game to me.

Which she did.

Which led me to believe that she's actually having an affair.

Am I crazy?

My Wife: No

But I have friends who have wives who have "Bunco Night" and it's quickly becoming the female payback for Poker/Bowling Night...

My wife doesn't play, but there is a wiki page about this game

From wiki In recent years, the game has seen a resurgence in popularity in America, particularly among suburban women.

Yep--crazy fast paced game. She even has the bunco crowd over to the house from time to time. They play for gifts, though, so no bunco squad should be showing up.

Yes.

But that doesn't preclude you from being correct.

I asked her if she won, and she said, "Oh yeah, three times in one hour!"

She seemed pleased........

My mom plays bunco...they have like a bunco group that meets once a month with prizes and what-not. Its ladies-only, so I don't even know how its played. I imagine it is a game combining high-speed knitting and lots of yapping, but who knows. :-P
