Just trying out my new lens and body. The IS feature is really nice.

Thanks for the reply.Tried using different ISO and lenses. Had a lot of ghosting with my old EF Tamron 28-300. Went with the 55-250IS (My new lens) and I was very happy with it. Tried with and w/o tripod. It did not matter. The pic was from my backyard thru palm trees.

Awesome :D I have a similar shot. The moon always happens to be right through my trees in the backyard. Unfortunately, it was not taken with a Canon camera.
