System Requirements: Different Versions of Photoshop

Several questions for those actually experienced with the following (please just do not quote from the product box/manual):

1) Will Photoshop CS2 run correctly in Vista Home Premium SP1?
2) Will Photoshop CS3 run correctly in XP Media Centre Edition SP3?
3) Will Photoshop CS4 run correctly in Vista Home Premium SP1 and/or Windows XP Media Centre Edition SP3?
4) When you purchase Photoshop CS4, are you licensed to run it on two systems, i.e. desktop and notebook?

Provided it's the same OS: yes. (OSX and windows are separate licenses)
