we were in california for vacation last week and as we crossed this street i snapped this pic with my 10mm fisheye on. just messing around but turned out i really liked it. i know its basically a snap shop but i like it.
let me know what you think of it.

wide angle pulls in so much !!

blue pops nicely - what body camera? and what lens?

i am going to have to get me one..

I like it. As already mentioned the colors and exposure are both spot on. I have been fighting the urge to get a wide angle lens for a while, seeing good people shots with them doesn't help my cause.... lol I just bought an 85 1.8 tonight though so maybe that will dampen my wants for a while.

thanks for the comments guys. im always alittle worried when i show my shots.
the camera body is an xsi and the lens is a sigma 10mm fisheye f/2.8 EX DC
its a great lens. i actually had to crop the sides for this pic because my arm was in it, its does pick up ALOT

oh i loved santa monica. i dont remember the street name. its all shops and walking traffic only. (man shows how much i pay attention)
gotta say though i liked san diego the most out of my trip

Nice fisheye effect, but I think it would have been better if you centered her in the frame.

in the original shot she was centered but i cropped out some of each side and like the off kilter kinda feel.

Haha, if I had a fisheye I would probably avoid cropping my photos to show off the wide angle.

yeah it is because i just stuck the camera out in front of us.
im actually considering selling the lens. but i second guess myself daily
