Am sorry to inform you that it's simply out of focus :(

Increase your ISO in situations like these maybe? You can fix noise but not blur ;)

i saw her walking....had my camera in my bag and THEN had to do it without her noticing, which she did anyway...lulz

shoulda just went up to her and asked cuz she was chill about it

Lol it's okay mate. I'm in China right now for vacation, I've had many blurry candid shots like this due to shyness. My better shots were the ones that posed for me.

It can be made sharper, but it can't be made in focus.
