Increase your ISO in situations like these maybe? You can fix noise but not blur

i saw her walking....had my camera in my bag and THEN had to do it without her noticing, which she did anyway...lulz

doesn't look OOF, looks blurry. don't be so shy!

Lol it's okay mate. I'm in China right now for vacation, I've had many blurry candid shots like this due to shyness. My better shots were the ones that posed for me.

Motion blur eqauling slow shutter, not out of focus.

It can be made sharper, but it can't be made in focus.
