Background Lighting Suggestion

Couldn't find anything in the FAQ threads. Plan on doing headshots to 3/4 portraits with a 200 w/s monolight strobe and refelctor. Studio room is fairly small (10x10). Any suggestions on what type of background light (continous/strobe) is required ? Also recommened wattage. Can a speed light be utilized as a backlight ?

Here is a current thread on pretty much the same question. Short answer is you need another flash. Power is dependent on color of drop and whether you are trying to illuminate it totally or just providing separation.
