Does the lightening work?

Not sure if I've posted this pic before but I added lightening. Does it work?

be better if the bottom of the screen was vignetted dark (to stimulate road)

It's an interesting idea, & good job cutting out the bike.
Play with it a little more. Maybe the area behind the windshield would be darker?

Radal, my monitor needs calibrating. To me, the tires blend in with the road. However, I made a print and the tires stand out from the black bottom. Thanks for pointing that out.

Joooowan; thanks. I'm assuming you mean the lightening doesn't work. I was iffy on that one also.

Photosguy; Thanks. Cutting out the bike was a bruiser. Cutting around the lines and especially spokes on bikes with spoke wheels. Here's a couple others I've done.
You say the area behind the windshield (another royal pain to cut out) should be darker. Do you mean the gradient should end higher so that the page is mostly black with a bit of gray at the top?

No, I mean the area just behind (& through) the windshield should be a little darker even if it's a clear windshield.
