It's 2020 (God help us) and you go to the camera store for a new camera

Sarcasm? Maybe?

Not at all, 20 FPS (or better yet, 50 FPS) RAW files at full resolution would be a godsend for those who shoot rapidly moving subjects like athletes on the field, fighter planes, horse races, and birds in flight.

If a hummingbird beats his wings a hundred times a second, wouldn't it be great to have a max shutter speed of around 1/40,000 of a second, and shoot 40 or 50 FSP?! That way, we could get just exactly the wing position we want, with perfectly sharp images that clearly depict every single fiber of every wing feather. With the tech we have now, this is practically impossible.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
