Wild(ish)Wallaby with Pouched Joey -Series

I think this Wallaby was a bit sick from an engorged tick, she let me get very close which is unusual for one with a Joey in the pouch. These are "wild" wallabies though they have a liking for well tended lawn grass

they're lovely photos but how sad, she will probably die from the tick and so will her baby. Can you call a wildlife rescue, they might come and pick her up.

I told the ranger, but by then she was long gone. Hopefully she'll make it.
