Hey, I'm about to shoot my first show on Wednesday, I'm normally shooting various sports. I've read a ton in here, it helped a lot. But I've got a few questions, the show I'll be shooting is at "Chain Reaction" in Anaheim, CA. I emailed the contact address on their website asking if there were any guidelines I need to follow while shooting, about a week and a half ago when I agreed to work for the band, but have yet to get a return from the gentleman. I was wondering if anyone had shot at this location, and could give me any tips on working there. I'll take any suggestions haha. I've read the FAQ in this section, and multiple threads, Venue specific ideas might help me a out a bit being my first time shooting a show.

Thanks a ton guys and gals.

If you're working for the band it may be worth your while to have a talk to their lighting person to find out what lighting set up they are using and to make them aware to give you enough light to get decent shots.
