I sent a lens in for repair and they received it, according to my tracking number, on Tuesday, August 4th. They still say that there is no record of it in their system. I haven't recieved the email update with repair estimate or anything else. Is this normal?

This is at the NJ service center.

Nope, not at all. Did you send it with a signature requirement? Can you pull up the signature and tell the people at Canon NJ who signed for it?

Are they telling you this on the phone, or is this via website? Their website is like 5 days behind. I got my email saying my camera had shipped back to me after I received it.
