I don't know that one Roy- did you mean Peyrignac? In which case no, not north- you are very close now though.

Here is a clue as I have to retire soon- this is not in a town or city. It is of historical significance.

No. This place was last continuously inhabited hundreds of years ago (from prehistoric times) but was lived in from time to time until a few decades ago. Together with the one you mentioned it is the largest and most visited of the Troglodyte (cave dwellers) villages.
