I think it's just outside the Smoky Mountains NP, which means there's loads of waterfalls nearby. If Justin were here now, I expect he'd know it.

Hehehe... yeah I just showed up and knew it pretty quickly. But then... I'd have to post one of the waterfalls that is nearby. (Though the nearby waterfalls would be easy to identify.)
