Sean was close with Den Helder and then Paul got further away with the Naval base - which is on the other side of Den Helder compared to the Fort Kijkduin.

And for Berman: yes the yellow bit in your map are the provinces of North and South Holland, two of the twelve provinces of the Netherlands.

Over to Paul to decide if he is going to put one up or leave it the someone else.
