Google hasn't implemented street view in Sao Paulo yet (maybe all of Brazil).

However, I did see the red Google film car close to my home a few weeks ago.

Another negative clue: The satellite view on google maps is out of date and doesn't show the area where this is correctly.

Positive hint: If you drive around Sao Paulo you will see this sooner or later.

If yoo use the correct search term you can find this in the images as well as a few web sites.

I had to look it up because I didn't know where Jardim Eucaliptos is. It turns ou that the WAIN is about 40km away.
