Google hasn't implemented street view in Sao Paulo yet (maybe all of Brazil).

However, I did see the red Google film car close to my home a few weeks ago.

Another negative clue: The satellite view on google maps is out of date and doesn't show the area where this is correctly.

Positive hint: If you drive around Sao Paulo you will see this sooner or later.

If yoo use the correct search term you can find this in the images as well as a few web sites.

I had to look it up because I didn't know where Jardim Eucaliptos is. It turns ou that the WAIN is about 40km away.

Keep in mind that you have established that the WAIN is in the city os Sao Paulo. Jardim Eucalipto is close to the north-west boundary of the city.

SO:

not west;
not north;

not 40km room to the east

Therefore it must be SOUTH.
